Our Founder and Director – Melanie Ferreira
Melanie is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, specialising in Employment Law as well as Wills and Estates. Melanie graduated with both B.Com Law and LLB degrees from the University of Johannesburg. Melanie has more than 20 years experience, specialising in employment law.
Starting her own practice in 2007, Melanies’ experience includes representing her clients in disciplinary and various other processes, as well as diverse Councils, CCMA and the Labour Court in South Africa.
Over the years, the practice has built strong relationships with various Counsel at the Johannesburg Society of Advocates who assist in service delivery to our clients. The team includes various qualified and experienced legal and human resources specialists who strive to deliver excellence in every aspect of service delivery.
